available from the global village. Lead by our Head Executive Chef Ikoma Kenjiro, the Irashai Grill's elegant menus
strike a fine balance between subtle pairing and lavish flavours while fusing together old world classical inspirations
with contemporary flair.
"We take our ingredients very seriously," explains Ikoma San. "Everything we use must always be in season, and we
only use the finest five-grain rice from Japan. Every sauce is inspired by French techniques and is specially
prepared for each of our signature dishes."
