Omakase Onegaishimasu are giving the Chef the freedom to prepare a custom menu consisting of
several individual courses of different culinary delights, many of which do not appear on the regular menu.
The Omakase selections are the Chef's highest recommendations based on the availability of the freshest
and most unique ingredients available each day.
