The sexiest thing about the room of your dreams is it won’t be there when you get there.
A clever design by HYLA architects sees two stories and one basement covered by an asymmetrical symmetry. The room of your dreams has the requisite opulent bedroom suite as well as an attic lounge complete with its own bespoke roof top bar. Using a combination of textured and face brick, the two story home has a bit of everything.
The asymmetrical symmetry is accentuated by the fact that the main floor of the’moonlight’ suite is located at the apex of the building, so you get the view out of both the front and rear elevations of the structure. This is accompanied by a cleverly designed internal courtyard that blurs the distinction between indoors and out while encapsulating some key features of the aforementioned msq.
